I began my herbal journey over 25 years ago, making herbal medicinals for my family's use. My formal herbal studies were through Sage Mountain Herb School, with an internship in herbal medicine making at the Integrative Medical Center of Santa Rosa. I followed this with work as a medicinal herbalist at Battle Ground Healing Arts under the direction of Dr. Jill Stansbury, ND. I combine my love of herbal medicine with my training as a mental health professional and focus on formulas which benefit the nervous system and also address some of the root causes of stress and worry, such as insomnia and pain.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) I do not prescribe my herbal formulas.
I use herbs that are either wildcrafted (wc), organic (org) and/or are carefully sourced or grown in my garden without chemicals. All products are crafted for consistency. The honey used is harvested by me from my hives.
The 1oz tincture contains approximately 15-30 servings, depending upon individual use.
